Background
For seven years I ran software projects and products inside a bank — taking ideas from requirements and process design through launch coordination, from the product seat. That's where I learned how a concept actually becomes something real.
In 2025 I stepped out of the big-machine rhythm and started working for myself. No startup mythology — just taking the delivery craft I built and applying it to smaller, more direct projects. Consulting and my own products, early stage, every step hands-on.
